About adoption as told to me by my mother Annie Rose Sims Adams:
Reba and Leveart divorced when Gary was 7 years old. After his father remarried, a year later in 1954 Reba gave her son to either her father and mother whose last name was Minns or to his mothers sister who was married at the time. The name of her sister's husband in not known. Gary was adopted by either his grandparents or aunt.
My mother has been searching for her brother as long as I can remember and will never give up till the day she dies.
